Do you bake also gluten free?

There are infinite delicious gluten-free pastry recipes. I can use alternative flours such as rice flour, buckwheat flour, almond flour, or coconut flour. If you have a particular preference, feel free to ask for a specific recipe.

Do I need to place orders in advance ?"

I recommend placing orders at least 4 days in advance.to ensure the availability of products and because I follow a pastry process which requiers time, especially for custom orders or special events.
