Marie, chef pâtissière française est issue d'horizons culinaires divers. Du pétrissage de la pâte au laminage, en passant par le glaçage et la décoration des gâteaux, elle s'engage à vous proposer les desserts les plus délicieux avec passion, savoir-faire et engagement.
Marie, created her home made bakery during covid in New York in 2019. With years of experience, a deep commitment to excellence, she is mastering her pastry art. Marie has pastry in her genes. Her grand grand father was a baker in Lille, in France working in a bakery called "L'Independante". Her soul knew it but she discovered it one year ago and realized why her soul was connected to pastry.

Marie constantly thinks of new ways to develop her skills. She loves meeting chefs who have very different life paths from hers and exchanging know-how. Transmitting her knowledge through pastry classes is also a way for her to express herself and spread a humanistic message to people. Her commitment to defending human values through her art is at the center of her ambitions. Nourishing both her body and mind is a way of life for her.
She dedicates her life more than ever to loving our planet. Working with more consciousness means taking care of our ecosystem, knowing the process, meeting the farmers, and all the workers who participate to preserve this ecosystem.

She is a woman who is very active. Marie always looks at a thousand projects in a positive light, with a smile and determination, a contagious sweet taste and some principles that don’t fit into a box. Her journey is about co-creating with other human beings with love, intelligence, and authenticity.

Respecting the French tradition and following her passion means understanding and appreciating the craftsmanship, skill and cultural significance that goes into baking pastry. It involves following traditional techniques and using quality ingredients to respect our authentic savoir faire. She always opts for locally sourced and organic ingredients.
This supports local farmers and reduces the carbon footprint associated with transportation. Organic ingredients also promote environmentally friendly agricultural practices that avoid harmful pesticides and fertilizers. Marie only uses French organic flour and butter, which ensures the best quality and reduces gluten issues.

By making mindful choices throughout the baking process, she can minimizes waste, conserve resources, and support eco-friendly practices. Each small choice she makes, from the selection of ingredients, to packaging and waste reduction contributes to love and respect for our planet and encourages others to do the same and spread awareness.
